Semi-permanent/permanent bars

Kaldi espresso bar is a new and innovative concept in the Australian commercial office market serving high quality, espresso coffee, cookies, cakes, brownies and sandwiches – FAST!

In today’s modern office environment, tenants want high quality refreshments without the inconvenience of having to walk long distances to wait in a busy coffee shop. Kaldi espresso bar, as pictured below, solves this problem by placing a fully self-contained espresso bar requiring no fit-out or plumbing, exactly where you require it.

Kaldi espresso bar offers a no risk solution to property managers wanting to improve their building’s facilities and increase tenant satisfaction. The simplicity of establishing and removing our espresso bar provides both parties with the opportunity to evaluate the benefits and viability of a particular venue during a trial period. The trial period may be three to six months with the view to converting the successful venues to longer-term leases.

Mobile bars

Our mobile bars specialise in bringing the café experience to you. The bars are fully self contained. They are equipped with fresh micro-filtered water, refrigerator and electrical system that ensures safety and sanitation as well as meeting all health codes and regulations. The bars are powered from one 240V 15A power outlet and can bet set up in one-hour ready to serve espresso coffee.
